Product Introduction
The main types include round bags (woven from tubular fabric, seamless joints, uniform sidewall stress, suitable for powder filling), square/U-shaped bags (composed of 2-4 pieces of fabric, high capacity utilization, easy stacking and storage), and box-type FIBCs (using double-layer high-density polypropylene film and internal reinforcement design to ensure excellent stability during stacking, especially suitable for long-distance transportation). Common bag types include breathable bags (with micropores in the bag body, suitable for materials requiring heat dissipation and moisture protection such as vegetables and ores), valve bags (equipped with a dedicated inlet valve for dust-controlled filling, suitable for powdered chemicals), open bags (fully open at the top, facilitating forklift operations and used for rapid loading and unloading of lumpy materials), and partition/reinforced bags (with internal reinforcing ribs or baffles to prevent bag bulging and improve stacking stability). Industrial sewing machines are used to sew the base fabric to the lifting straps (top, side, or bottom lifting structures), with double-overlapping stitching for reinforcement at the seams. Finished products must pass a lifting test (with a safety factor of 5-6 times) and a leak-proof test to ensure reliable quality.
Containerized bulk bags (FIBs) are widely used in the bulk transportation of cement and mortar in the building materials industry, resin powder and fertilizer in the chemical industry, and mineral products such as ore powder and graphite electrodes. They also serve the food and agriculture sectors for transporting grain crops such as wheat and feed, and vegetables such as potatoes and garlic (breathable BIBs are required), as well as packaging food additives that meet FDA/BRC food-grade standards. In addition, they are suitable for special packaging needs of dangerous goods such as calcium carbide (requiring C/D type antistatic bags) and high-temperature materials such as metallurgical slag (requiring heat-resistant coatings).
